But this does not work if I use "\page~\page" (I need that in some cases for manually inserting a empty page). So the question is how to insert empty pages – but of course respect them in page numbering, I mean that the number is not shown on the page, but the page is counted, s.t. the next pages have the correct numbers). So the question is how to insert empty pages – but of course respect them in page numbering, I mean that the number is not shown on the page, but the page is counted, s.t. the next pages have the correct numbers). You can add a empty page in your document with \page[empty]. Özoguz" @ 2012-11-29 14:32 UTC (permalink / raw) To: ntg-context Hi there, there are some possibilities for getting empty pages in a book, f.e. if a new chapter begins (and by settings it may only begin on pages with odd pagenumber). In these cases I want the page-number and the headers to disappear on the empty page, it should be totally empty, if no text is in it. How to achieve that?
