Hi,

\usemodule[simplefonts]
\setmainfont[AGaramondPro]
\starttext
Amficool
\stoptext

gives an "i" without dot, see attachment. And the letters "i" and "f" 
are curiously bonded.

The second attachment shows the same word written in MS-Word, again with 
Adobe Garamond Pro, without this curiosity. Where this comes from and 
how to fix?
