I have a document with an appendix included:

\placecontent

\chapter{One}

\startappendices

\chapter{In Appendix}

\stopappendices

\stoptext

 

I would like to have the table of contents show:

 

Appendix A  In Appendix

 

But I get:

 

A In Appendix

 

How do I get the table of contents to show the heading 'Appendix' before A?
