In the next beta you can do this (bidi-006.tex):

\usetypescript [mathdigits] [xits-dejavu] [arabicindic]
\setupbodyfont[dejavu]
\starttext
$3+2=5 \quad \bf 3+2=5$
\stoptext
Of course we need to add more combinations.
