this is the minimal sample:
\setuppapersize[A6]
\setuplist[part][after={\blank[samepage,big]}]
\starttext
\completecontent
\dorecurse{4}{\part{Part}
\chapter{Chapter}
\chapter{Chapter}}
\stoptext
Is this a real bug or am i missing something?
