Subject: command to get the text value?
Date: Tue, 16 Dec 2014 21:39:10 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <5490986E.3050008@gmx.es> (raw)
Dear list,
sorry for writing again on the same topic. The issue is important and I
don’t know how to solve it.
I have a different sample:
\def\firstcommand{AAA}
\def\secondcommand{aaa}
\starttext
\doifelse{\word{\firstcommand}}
{\secondcommand}{Equal}{Not equal}.
\stoptext
I understand that A and a are different characters. Is there no command
to get the pure text from another command?
Or how could I get equal values in the sample above?
Many thanks for your help,
Pablo
