A label at the start of a paragraph suppresses indentation. Should it?

    \setupindenting[yes,small]
    \definelabel[xx][text=,alternative=inright]
       Paragraph one.

       \xx{}Paragraph two.

       Paragraph\xx{} three.
    \stoptext
