Hello,
In this command, I have two problems :

- \currentheadnumber does not work

You need

\determineheadnumber[chapter]

before you can access the value with

\currentheadnumber

- the chapter number appears in black

You need this setup:

\setuphead
[chapter]
[numbercommand=\Headed]
