Subject: BUG in spec-fdf

Hello,
I just found (rather by chance) a bug in the fdf output
definitions: at the end of the file there are the lines
\definespecial\dostartgraphicgroup{\pdfliteral{q}}
\definespecial\dostopgraphicgroup {\pdfliteral{Q}}
Since fdf specials are also used in non-PDF production mode (e.g.
by dvipdfm specials) there lines should be changed into
\definespecial\dostartgraphicgroup{\PDFcode{q}}
\definespecial\dostopgraphicgroup {\PDFcode{Q}}
