Locations
for leftedge, rightedge and text don’t seem to work (in Acrobat
Reader, SumatraPDF and Evince).
By default the leftedge and rightedge areas are disabled because they
have a width of 0pt and
even when you enable them you won’t see them because they are outside of
the visible area.
