Wiping the cache directory (C:\data\context\tex\texmf-cache\luatex-cache\context\5fe67e0bfe781ce0dde776fb1556f32e\fonts)

and mtxrun --script fonts --reload --force

has not solved my issue.

Running Pablo’s example on a Mac and Windows machine gives the attached logs and output.
