There are different ways to create a hyperlink to a website, e.g.
\setupinteraction[state=start]
\useurl[NASA][http://www.nasa.gov]
\starttext
\from[NASA]
\goto{NASA}[url(http://www.nasa.gov)]
\stoptext
but I have no idea why you need hyperlinks for a synonym.
\setupinteraction[state=start]
\abbreviation{NASA}{National Aeronautics and Space Administration}
\starttext
\NASA
\infull{NASA}
\stoptext
BTW: Use another name to show the full text for your acronyms (e.g. \fullacronym) because \infull
is used to show the text of the predefined \abbreviation command.
