PDF appearance tuning

Hello,

Sorry for a trivial question, but I cannot figure out how to tune appearance of my generated PDF. I want the default scaling to be "Page Fit" and bookmarks being showed.

Hello Wolfgang,

Thank you, but it doesn't work for me and I cannot figure out why.

The interaction is started (I know it from other documents), but \setupinteractionscreen and \placebookmarks do nothing.
