Hi Taco, Thanks! This works for me. It indeed seems at least inconsistent. Also, using \definecounter[enumeration][object] instead of \setupenumeration[enumeration][counter=object] Numbers figures correctly but forgets the object counter in enumerations, it numbers 1.1., 1.1., 1.1., ...
