Thank you very much and sorry for my stupidity for not taking a closer
look to the wiki :(. This solved all the questions I had (except for
\mframed), I would only like to ask how to cite the equation numbers
made with \[sub]formulanumber.

\formulanumber[xx]

and then simply using \in[xx] doesn't work.
