It doesn't work here either. For PDF I get:

\XeTeXpicfile alone works OK.

I'm testing with the standalone ConTeXt on windows with:
    This is XeTeX, Version 3.141592-2.2-0.995 (Web2C 7.5.5)
    ConTeXt  ver: 2006.08.22 16:28  fmt: 2006.8.23  int: english  mes: english
