Hmmm ... most probably ImageMagic then. From rlxtools:
result = `identify -units PixelsPerCentimeter -format
\"x=%x,y=%y,w=%w,h=%h,b=%b\" #{filename}`.chomp.split(',')

(From time to time it helps to delete the whole ConTeXt and then
istall it again. I have no idea what went wrong before, but at least
the document compiles now, although I don't get the images yet.)
