The binaries at PRAGMA haven't been updated since August, and you can only update ConTeXt using "download, unzip" approach, which makes you download the whole zip (independent of how much has changed), and doesn't update binaries. With minimals on the garden, only a single file will be updated in case that a single file has changed (rsync rules!!!). Minimals might have some files (fonts, binaries) missing (but feel free to request them) + standalone environment missing as well.
