The account on the garden is different from SVN access. See
http://foundry.supelec.fr/scm/?group_id=22

To get the files you don't need the account. You need the account in
order to commit changes. Do you have SVN installed? On windows it's
best to install TortoiseSVN and right-lick on "check out", on linux
you should be able to run:
    svn checkout http://scm.foundry.supelec.fr/svn/contextman

You can browse the files on
    http://foundry.supelec.fr/plugins/scmsvn/viewcvs.php/context-beginners/?root=contextman
