In the same way as
   \rm hello {\tt 你好 \it 你好} \ss hello {\tt 你好 \it 你好}
if tt was a family containing those Chinese characters, so:
   \rm roman {\cjk Chinese \it Italic Chinese} \ss sans {\cjk (same)
Chinese (as before) \it Italic Chinese}

Or do you want to suggest that one would possibly need both "serif"
and "sans" variants of some Chinese font, often switching between
families inside a document?
