Thank you for your detailed help.
Copying texlua and creating .luatex file make luatools run smoothly.
Now, luatools --generate run well.
I'd like to ask a few questions.
1. But, there is a warning message as following for "luatools --
ini ...".

3. Is it possible to use OTF fonts installed in the system not in
