Concerning the problems with specials,
- remove the old context
- rehash (mktexlsr)
- regenerate the format
should work. Since context is sort of monolithic, the only
problem left can be that there is old stuff on the system that
tex finds first.
try to do a find on 'spec-ini.tex' since there should be only
one and the \doinsertsoundtrack should be defined there.
