announce of new version of Context Minimals Installer for Windows

Hello

I've commited new version of Context Minimals Installer for Windows.

http://minimals.contextgarden.net/setup/context-installer/ContextMinimalInstall.exe

Added possibility to select between Beta and Stable (current) version
+ new rsync + internal changes.

The question to Hans: why --force switch is now required for
mtx-update script? And why it reloads all files, not
synchronize them?

--force is needed because i don't want to spoil my trees when i'm testing

i dunno why it does not synchronize ... is there a status file? did you 
--update?

Maybe that has happend only after you have upgraded rsync. Does in
still reload everything if you try it for the second time?
