The first is: is there a way to set the default conversion? \setupitemize seems not to work in this respect. More in general, ConTeXt lacks a way to define "sets of itemizations". Something like: \defineitemize[myitemize][level][various setups][more=setups] \defineitemize[myitemize][another level][some other setups][even more=setups] \defineitemize[anotherone][each][totally different][set=ups] (callable by \startmyitemize \item whatever \stopmyitemize ) This is extremely important when the same itemize setup is used again and again!
