Hm. Could be, but I seem not to be able to get it right ... how do
you use it? I had some goes at it and I found out that
(1) the first float cannot be a split float (problems with
floatcaptionnumber not being defined)
(2) the lines= parameter seems to be ignored.
(3) does splitfloat "autosplit" or must the number of lines per
split be set in advance?
