You could just try it:
- ssh remote-host
- mkdir context-dir ; cd context-dir
- rsync -ptv rsync://contextgarden.net/distribution/setup/first-setup.sh .
- ./first-setup.sh --modules=all --fonts=all
- PATH=$PATH:~/context-dir/tex/texmf-???/bin
