OK, I see. Gerben's installer copies context into texmf.tetex, my bad.
The path should be texmf.tetex/tex/context/user/cont-sys.rme;
everything else like in my first message. If you ever install a newer
version of context into texmf.local (e.g. by dloading the latest
release and unzipping it), you'll have to repeat these steps. Good
