Then you have to be sure, that --number and --time will never be special
parameters for context.
Alternatives:
"--MarcoPatzerNumber=8 --MarcoPatzerTime=full-time"
Or:
% context --arguments=number=8,time=full-time test.tex

This is \env{time}.
\stoptext
