On Wed, 27 Dec 2000, Hans Hagen spake thusly:
>>systems : begin file contents at line 1
>>title          : - \headtext {\v!inhoud }
>>system         :
> part,chapter,section,subsection,subsubsection,subsubsubsection

Tried that already. No go. I even unpacked cont-tmf and rerun texhash, texexec
(texexec --bodyfont plr8 --make en). The message is the same and TOC is still
missing :( Maybe file layout has changed somewhere during last 2 months and I
have some old file lying aroung...

Changes to texexec.ini I've done are:

set  UsedInterfaces     to  en
set  TeXExecutable      to  etex
