This:

\setupinteractionscreen[option=bookmark]

And perhaps this is also useful for PDF documents:

\setupinteraction
	[state=start,
	 title="title",
	 auteur="you",
	 subtitel="subtitle",
	 keywords="whatever",
	 color=blue]

I use blue for the link color, still looks more or less good when
printed on BW printer.
