Ahoi!
In my songbook, I'd like to order the table of contents alphabetically.
Is that possible or must I abuse the index features?
This is my setup:
\definecombinedlist [inhalt]
[Titel, TitelKlein, TitelNoPage]
[level=Titel, placehead=yes, criterium=all,
alternative=b,
offset=none]
\setupcombinedlist [inhalt] [partnumber=no]
Greetlings from Lake Constance!
Hraban
