Subject: problem with quotation marks

Hi all,
the following minimal example demonstrates a problem with closing
quotation marks (both mkii and mkiv):
\setuplayout[width=3cm]
\starttext
\quotation{This is a \quote{test.}}
\stoptext
ConTeXt breaks a line between ' and ". This shouldn't happen.
All best
Thomas
