The word e-book is used in this e-book. ;-} Sometimes e- comes on the end of the line and book at the beginning of the next. Is there a way to circumvent this? I could ofcourse change all occurences with \hbox{e-book} (and the same for e-mail, ...), but I was hoping there is a better solution. -- Cecil Westerhof [-- Attachment #1.2: Type: text/html, Size: 395 bytes --] [-- Attachment #2: Type: text/plain, Size: 486 bytes --] ___________________________________________________________________________________ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://tex.aanhet.net archive : http://foundry.supelec.fr/projects/contextrev/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___________________________________________________________________________________ ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 9+ messages in thread

Also she probably wants to keep hyphenation on hyphens for composed words in general and only disable this for the compound "e-book". You can control how many characters are allowed on the left/right side of the sign before the word is hyphenated. Thanks for pointing out. I was not aware of \installbreakpoint[compound]. What is the best way to upgrade? I think the usual recommended approach is to install the minimals: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ConTeXt_Minimals .
