Make sure that you have configured the location of `context.exe`
properly in your editor or configure your PATH environment variable
to point to the location of `context.exe`.
Depending on which way your editor uses to determine the location of
the executable.
If you run it through the command line, of course only adjusting
`PATH` will help.
