Dear List,
since I am typesetting a German publication, I wanna get out the comma before and:
R. Smith, F. Bauer, J. Faulkner, & J. Joyce (1966). Blabla ... and it should be:
R. Smith, F. Bauer, J. Faulkner & J. Joyce (1966). Blabla ...
My settings are more or less:
