What happened to the TUG favicon? Wasn't it \TeX?

Interestingly

http://latex-project.org failed: <urlopen error (-2, 'Name or service not known')>.

is not found even though it has a nice favicon.

Rather a shame there isn't a standard option for having a .svg version of such files --- the poster could look quite nice if there were.
