For example. the LaTeX ieee.sty is available at
http://delphiwww.cern.ch/delphi$www/private/det/stc/ieee94/mp/ieee.sty and
ACM styles at http://www.acm.org/publications/latex_style/. How hard would
it be to emulate these in ConTeXt?
