The SyncTeX has an issues with the beta 2011.02.04 00:30.

This problem should be casued by "\nonknuthmode" in core-def.mkiv. You
can comment out it for the moment.

indeed, i use the wrong push/pop macros there, will be fixed

The next beta has the synctex message done differently. Also, synctex
can only be enabled with
\enabledirectives[system.synctex]
and the \synctex primitive is now a dummy.
