The package xeCJK has over 1000 lines of code. To implement exactly the same behaviour in XeConTeXt (or at least a subset of that with some basic plain XeTeX trickery) one would need to adapt its functionality for ConTeXt. If you would be willing to switch fonts manually, you could probably translate the document without any major problem.
