Wgat is wrong with this example:
\setuplayout[grid=force]
\setupinterlinespace[height=1.081em, depth=.7em, distance=.018em]
\starttext
\input knuth
\stoptext
I get:
! You can't use `\dimexpr' in horizontal mode.

I see, in the wiki:
height: ration|size of strut (e.g. 0.72 or 9pt)
depth: ration|size of strut (e.g. 0.28 or 3pt)
And I assumed .7em is comparable to 9pt, how it is different? Using
points gives the same error.

The description on the wiki is wrong, accept this. The others told
you height and depth to use number because the values are fraction
of the line height.
