Vertical line in natural table

Hello friends.
I send an attachment where a natural table appears with the PDF output. I can not get the second vertical line scroll the table up and down, like the first vertical line.


I would appreciate any suggestions.

You can set the frame by hand for the faulty cells with \bTD[leftframe=on].
