Subject: extra spacing
Date: Tue, 10 Dec 2002 11:25:28 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <B3E17BBA-0C29-11D7-B710-003065568054@science.uva.nl> (raw)
With math followed by a \crlf extra spacing is introduced in the math.
For example:
Test
\crlf
(1) inverse $b\rightarrow b^{-1}$
\crlf
(2) inverse $b\rightarrow b^{-1}$\hfill\null
\crlf
(3) inverse $b\rightarrow b^{-1}$
In line (1) extra white is introduced around the white arrow.
In line (2) the fix is given, allthough not a problem ii is a nuisance.
In line (3) one sees it is the \crlf that lets the math expand because
here no extra white.
Is this a feature or has this phenomenon escaped attention hitherto?
