Yes, texutil --purge is in the file. What my utility does is to extend
texutil to find directories which need texutil --purge applied. One does not
necessarily remember to purge and indeed some edit compile utilities do not
make it particularly easy. I use TeXShop and one has to change to terminal
operation and fid the right directory to type the command in. This does all
of that automatically.
