untested:

\definefloat[flowchart][default=force,indentnext=no]
%\setupcaption[flowchart][number=none]

\starttext

...

\placeflowchart{}{\FLOWchart[...]}

...

\stoptext

Works, thanks.

One more thing. Should after a pagebreak there also be no indent? After one of my flowcharts I had:
\myblank
\pagebreak

But I would expect that the first paragraph on a page would not have an indent. But that could be the wrong expectation.
