Hello All,
In the following minimal example there is no whitespace around the
figure. Is it possible to add some white space around the figure when
using \startTEXpage \stopTEXpage environment.

\startTEXpage
\starttikzpicture
\draw[fill=blue!20] (0,0) rectangle (3,2);
\stoptikzpicture
\stopTEXpage

Try \startTEXpage[offset=1pt] etc.
