I need this caracter: ŋ
Iīve load a module, enco-ec, but I canīt see the ŋ.
I also tryed \usetypescript[modern][ec] but didnīt work either.

I have another problem. Itīs a two column document. In a page, the first 
column is overlaping a footnote. Column balance is on.
