Thanks for your help. Yes, that was the problem. So I uninstalled TeXLive
from:
C:\Program Files\TeXLive
And reinstalled at:
C:\TeXLive
Then I ran TeXFont and it worked correctly.

I'm no TeX on PC expert, but off the top of my head, it sounds like
you're running into a problem where TeX (and some utilities) don't deal
with fonts with a space in the path too well.
