In WinXP, ...

C:\MATHDEPT>cd \mathdept

C:\MATHDEPT>dir
 Volume in drive C has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 50D6-E69D

 Directory of C:\MATHDEPT

Has anyone else experienced this? Workaround? I am trying to use texexec in
to compile a document, but I can't get into the directory.
