[NTG-context] Mailing list download comes truncated

Hello everyone,

I'd like to have a local archive of this mailing list, but the one I get from the "download" button on mailman seems truncated.
Even though the download finishes without errors, when one tries to unzip it, `gzip` raises an "unexpected end of file" error.
I unzipped it with `zcat` to see how far along it gets before the error occurs, and it returned the emails from 2002 up until January 2024, almost exactly 380Mib of data.
I reckon this happens due to the full archives's  size. When downloading only the past 30 days of mail, everything works fine.

Probably, the full archive is quite big. It is also possible that there is a borked message file on the server itself, but I have no way of testing that quickly and I do not want to start a heavy download myself.

You can go to each of the separate monthly pages and download that month’s archive from there. That is a bit more effort but should work. And if there is indeed a problem, at least it would be narrowed down to a single month.
