extra space after \quote, \quotation

extra space after \quote, \quotation

\quote and \quotation generate an unwanted space after the closing  
quote or quotation mark.

To see the problem, try
\starttext
(\quote{Hello world!})
(\quotation{Hello world!})
\stoptext

Is this old news or an artefact of recent changes?

It is definately recent because it did not happen in 20060202.
There is a missing percent sign in the new core-mis.tex:
